Bluetooth Help

Connect

Pressing this button will cause the app to attempt to connect to the previously paired Bluetooth device, provided that the device is active and in range. If this is your first time connecting make sure that you hold down all three buttons on your bluetooth device until it starts flashing. Then go in to settings in your teamalert mobile app. Press connect and it will scan for devices and list any devices that it finds. There is a unique id on the bottom back of your bluetooth device. This will match the id listed in the bluetooth section if it is able to see it. If this does not work go in to your IOS settings and forget any bluetooth panic button devices listed there and try to repair.

To make sure that the device is active, please press any button. If a red LED lights up, the device has been woken up from energy saving mode.

Successful connection is indicated by flashing three color LEDs.

Disconnect

Pressing this button will disconnect the bluetooth device.

Forget

Test Connection

Pressing the red button located on the bottom of the device. This will cause the device to flash the three color LEDs, similar to the connection success behavior if it is successfully paired with your iPhone and it is in range. This is a great way to test if you are in range of your iPhone.
