Communication Is Key!

We know that when something happens your team needs to be able to communicate throughout that event! That is why we create a private communication channel where everyone involved with that alert can communicate until the alert is lowered. This window allows you to see who raised the alert, when it was raised and if they are on a mobile device it will give you the devices location. All users that receive the alert are able to then communicate during the event allowing them to better coordinate a response. You are also able to store information with that alert such as pdf files, images or any type of document so everyone has access to them when an alert is raised. The communication channel also allows you to upload information including images directly from your mobile device. Our users love how simple and easily this allows them to communicate through an alert and keep everyone working together.
